THE PROCEDURE
Modern materials, matched to your real tooth
Metal-free is how we approach everyday restorations: fillings, bonding, inlays, and onlays. White composite is the workhorse, chemically bonded to the prepared tooth so we remove less healthy enamel and the restoration becomes part of the tooth rather than just sitting in a hole. Less drilling, more conservative, longer-lasting result.
White composite, lithium disilicate (e.max) and zirconia are the three core materials. Each one matches the optical properties of natural enamel, with subtle translucency at the edges, depth in the body, and no grey margin where the gum meets the tooth. The result blends in instead of standing out.
For fillings and small bonding work, we use QuickSleeper, a computer-assisted anaesthesia system that delivers a precise and nearly painless injection at the tooth, with no long-lasting facial numbness afterward. For small chips or aesthetic touch-ups, composite bonding is often the right tool. For cosmetic corrections across visible front teeth, porcelain veneers are a metal-free option, planned with digital smile design before any enamel is touched.
- Lithium disilicate inlays and crowns for strength and translucency
- Zirconia for back molars where bite force is highest
- Composite bonding for fillings, chips, and small cosmetic repairs
- Mercury-free: no amalgam ever, even on request
