— THE PROCEDURE
Conservative care first, tailored to your symptoms.
TMJ (temporomandibular joint) disorders affect a surprising number of adults — typically from grinding, clenching, stress, or bite imbalances. Most cases respond beautifully to conservative care: a custom bite splint worn at night, jaw physiotherapy, and sometimes Botox to relax overactive muscles.
We start with the lightest interventions and only move to more involved treatments if symptoms persist. Many patients see meaningful relief within 2–6 weeks.

- Jaw physiotherapy and stretches
- Botox option for severe muscle tension
